Instructions
pre heat oven to 325F with rack in the middle
combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well to thoroughly and evenly coat the nuts in the syrrup and spices
spread the nuts evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, bake on middle rack for 20 minutes
remove from oven and allow to cool completely, then break the nuts off the paper and apart from each other
Notes
To break apart the nuts easily I pile them into a tupperware container, put on the lid and shake vigorously
