rub the steak with the pepper on both sides and marinate for at least 30 minutes (I recommend 2 hours)
In a bow mix together oyster sauce, rice wine / sherry, 2 cloves chopped garlic and broth
Add vegetable oil to a wok and then stir fry garlic, ginger, carrot, pepper, celery, soy sauce and sesame oil for 3 minutes
Cut steak into slices about 3u2033 by 4u2033, pile the vegetables along with some mushrooms and chives into each pieace, wrap and secure with tooth pic
Melt butter in a medium skillet, add sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook wraps in the sauce 3 minutes covered
