Add beef to an oiled wok or large pan, season with pepper, add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp asian sauce. Fry til no longer red- about 3 minutes, then remove from pan and set aside.
Add vegetables to pan with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp asian sauce. Fry until they begin to soften.
Return meat to wok/pan. Add last tbsp of asian sauce. Toss to combine then cover pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes
for the sauce I used spicy szechuan noodle, but any of the black bean or pepper sauces are great too
