heat oil in a medium skillet. Add all vegetables and garlic except sauerkraut. Season liberally with salt and mix in sriracha sauce. Sautxe9e on medium til onions are translucent and other vegetables are soft- 5-8 minutes.
In another skillet cook sausages to desired doneness.
Butter sausage buns and toast in sausage pan after sausages are cooked.
Mix vegetables and sauerkraut together in a large mixing bowl.
Serve sausages topped with vegetables and mustard.
