Ingredients
For the Cauliflower
1headcauliflower
1cupmilk
1cupflour
1tspgarlic powder
1tbspolive oil
2/3cupsbread crumbs
For The Buffalo Sauce
2/3cupsHot SauceFranks Red
1/3cupsSalted Butter
1tbspketchup
For The Blue Cheese Dip
3/4cupmayonnaise
1tbspgarliccrushed
1/2cupsour cream
1tbsplemon juice
1tbspvinegar
1/2cupblue cheesecrumbled
salt

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl combine all the dip ingredients except the cheese. Whisk to combine. Use a fork to fold in the cheese and mix.
Cover the bowl in saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 425F
Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces (about 20-25)
Add the rest of the cauliflower ingredients to a bowl and whisk into a batter, then fold in the cauliflower pieces.
Dump the cauliflower onto a baking pan and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
While the cauliflower bakes melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat. Once the butter has liquefied, add the hot the sauce and ketchup and whisk til combined. Bring the sauce to a simmer then remove from heat.
Put the cauliflower in a large mixing bowl, gently toss with the sauce then return to the baking sheet and bake another 7 minutes.
