The Salad

quinoa
uncooked

carrot
cut into match sticks

green onion
chopped

white or red, diced

chickpeas
can, drained

golden raisins

pistachios
1/2
cup
cilantro
chopped
The Dressing
1/2

cumin
1/3

olive oil

lemon juice

brown sugar

chili powder
Instructions
Cook the quinoa to package directions, drain and cool
Combine all salad ingredient and toss.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, drizzle over salad and toss to coat evenly
