Place all the chicken in a ziplock bag, add the oil, spices, lemon juice and zest. Close the bag and press out the air, Then rub the chicken to coat thoroughly with the marinade. Marinade for 2 hours
Heat a large pan on medium high, add the chicken with marinade and cook to desired doneness - about 8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the heat, cover and allow to rest for as long as it cooked.
