Preheat oven to 300F
Split the egg whites and yolks into 2 mixing bowls, making sure to put the yolks in a large bowl
Add the salt to the egg whites and whisk with a hand mixer until the foam is so thick you can turn the bowl upside down and it doesn't move
Add the cream cheese, baking powder and phyllium husk to the egg yolks
Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture until totally combined. The more gentle you are with this process the fluffier your resulting bread will be
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and portion out 6 evenly sized dollops onto the pan
Bake on the middle rack at 300F for 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
