preheat the oven to 400F
heat oil in a large pan on medium-high, add turkey and season with salt and pepper. Cook til no longer pink, 5-8 minutes
Add 1/2 cup buffalo sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Cook another 2-3 minutes til sauce is fully absorbed
Place the zucchini in a 9/13 cooking dish, season with salt and pepper and fill the boats with the meat. Cover the dish with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes take the zucchini out of the oven, add the mozzarella, recover and return to the over for another 15 minutes.
Drizzle the boats with the remaining sauce, crumble on the blue cheese and drizzle on the blue cheese dressing and serve.
