Ingredients

The Steak

  • 1 lb striploin steak or sirloin
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter some portion of it cannabutter
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • parsley chopped, for garnish

The Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp chipotle hot sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions

The Steak

  • Cut the steaks into 2" cubes and thoroughly toss in the Cajun seasoning
  • Heat a medium skillet on medium high till very hot then melt the butter
  • Once the butter is melted add the steak and brown on all sides, stirring frequently for 5-8 minutes
  • Once the bites are mostly browned stir in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and rest 5-10 minutes depending on desired done-ness.
  • Serve with the aioli and optionally topped with chopped parsley

The Aioli

  • Whisk together all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice as needed.
