Cook the bacon to crispy in a large pan, 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving some of the bacon grease in the pan
Add the dumplings to the bacon grease and fry til bottoms are golden brown, 4-5 minutes
Add enough water to the pan to fill it up about 1 inch, cover and bring the heat to high.
Once the water begins to steam add the greens and the sauce, cover again and steam for 5 minutes
Uncover, reduce heat to medium low, add the noodles and bacon, then toss for another minute or two until the noodles are fully coated in sauce and cooked to desired doneness.
Serve garnished with more green onions
