Ingredients

The Paste

  • 1 cup red miso paste
  • 1/3 cup chili paste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp tahini

The Broth

  • 1 cup soy milk unsweeted
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup The Paste see above for recipe

Instructions

The Paste

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender

The Broth

  • heat the broth and soy milk in a small pot
  • Add the paste and whisk to fully combine. Bring to a boil and simmer covered until ready to serve
