My favourite spice store started selling their own chutney. It’s incredible. I needed an excuse to buy it, so I made pakora to dip in it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cauliflower head , cut into bite size chunks
  • 2 onions cut into rings

Instructions

  • sift together the flour and spices
  • add water to the flour mixture and mix into batter
  • coat vegetable pieces in the batter in batches and deep fry at 375F for 5-6 minutes
  • Serve with delicious chutney
