My favourite spice store started selling their own chutney. It’s incredible. I needed an excuse to buy it, so I made pakora to dip in it!
Vegetable Pakora with Mango Chilli Garlic Chutney
My favourite spice store started selling their own chutney. It’s incredible. I needed an excuse to buy it, so I made pakora to dip in it!
Servings: 25 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cauliflower head , cut into bite size chunks
- 2 onion cut into rings
Instructions
- sift together the flour and spices
- add water to the flour mixture and mix into batter
- coat vegetable pieces in the batter in batches and deep fry at 375F for 5-6 minutes
- Serve with delicious chutney
