Toasted Bacon KD and Sriracha Guacamole And The Bread Is Brushed with Bacon Grease and There’s More Bacon On The Side Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sriracha guac see above for recipe
  • 1/2 lb bacon cooked to preference
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 bread slices italian style sliced
  • 1 box Kraft Dinner

Instructions

  • When you make the KD, make sure the noodles are al dente and don't use cream or milk for the cheese. You want it to be firm and cohesive.
  • Cook the bacon to preference, set aside. Cut half the strips into small pieces and stir into the KD when you add the powder.
  • Brush one side of each bread piece with bacon grease and toast in a grill pan, bacon side down.
  • Assemble sandwiches.
