Sausage and Sauerkraut with Garlicky Herb Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 2 sausage u2033 spicy cut into pieces
- 2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1 onion large , chopped
- 2 1/2 cups wine sauerkraut drained
- 2 cups beef broth
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in a large pan til onion starts to soften
- Add sauerkraut and stir to combine.
- Add beef broth and bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer til all liquid is gone.
- In another pan cook sausage til done.
- Serve with Smashed Potatoes and dijon mustard.
