  • 1 cup pumpkin pure
  • 1 onion small , diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • linguine cooked almost al dente
  • salt
  • pepper


  • In a large pan, melt butter on medium high heat.
  • add onions and garlic to pan, season with salt and saute til onions soften, 3-5 minutes
  • Add pure, broth and cream. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and nutmeg. Bring to a boil then let simmer 8-10 minutes
  • stir drained linguine into sauce, then serve.
