Italian Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 100 g Tuscany Ham
  • 100 g spicy genoa salami
  • 100 g Capocollo
  • 4 thin chicken breast breaded
  • 3 large balls Fresh Mozzarella or boccaccini
  • romaine lettuce
  • mayo
  • 5-8 pepperincini peppers chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 french stick
  • 2 roasted red peppers sliced

Instructions

  • Bake the chicken breasts for 20 minutes at 425F, flipping half way through
  • Slice the bread stick, then cut it into 4 equal sandwiches
  • Spread both sides of each sandwich with mayo.
  • Build the sandwiches, from bottom to top lettuce, roasted red peppers, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper, chicken, ham, capocollo, salami, pepperincini
