Italian Sandwich
Servings: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 100 g Ham
- 100 g salami
- 100 g Capocollo
- 4 thin chicken breast breaded
- 3 large balls Mozzarella, Fresh or boccaccini
- romaine lettuce
- mayonnaise
- 5-8 pepperoncini chopped
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 French bread stick
- 2 roasted red pepper sliced
Instructions
- Bake the chicken breasts for 20 minutes at 425F, flipping half way through
- Slice the bread stick, then cut it into 4 equal sandwiches
- Spread both sides of each sandwich with mayo.
- Build the sandwiches, from bottom to top lettuce, roasted red peppers, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper, chicken, ham, capocollo, salami, pepperincini
