Garlic Knots

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsps parmesan
  • 1 tbsp garlic granulated
  • 1 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pizza dough ball

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 450F
  • Roll out pizza dough into a long strip about 6" x 24" x 1/2"
  • Whisk together the butter and spices.
  • Cut dough width wise into 1/2" wide x 2" long strips. Roll each strip into a rope in your hands about 5" long, tie it into a knot and fold the ends into the ball. Place each knot on a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Brush the top of each knot with the butter mixture. Cook in the oven at 450F for 8 - 10 minutes or until the the tops begin to brown.
