Garlic Knots
Garlic Knots Recipe by Raymond Selzer
Servings: 5 serving
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter melted
 - 2 tbsps parmesan
 - 1 tbsp garlic granulated
 - 1 tsp parsley dried
 - 1 tsp basil dried
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1 pizza dough ball
 
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450F
 - Roll out pizza dough into a long strip about 6" x 24" x 1/2"
 - Whisk together the butter and spices.
 - Cut dough width wise into 1/2" wide x 2" long strips. Roll each strip into a rope in your hands about 5" long, tie it into a knot and fold the ends into the ball. Place each knot on a baking sheet with wax paper.
 - Brush the top of each knot with the butter mixture. Cook in the oven at 450F for 8 - 10 minutes or until the the tops begin to brown.
