Dijon Broccoli Chicken
No Frills has boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale this week, $2.99 / lb. So I bought an ass load, split them up into their own ziplocks and threw them in the freezer. This recipe is really fast and slow carb safe. It’s pretty filling on its own, but have it with some lentils or rice if you’re super hungry.

Ingredients
- 6 tsps dijon mustard
- olive oil
- 2 inchs chicken breast cut into 1/2 strips
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce and the broth together in a bowl
- Cook the brocolli in the oil with the garlic until soft (3-5 mins) remove from pan
- Add Chicken to pan and cook til not pink
- Dump in the broth and heat on high til itu2019s a good boil, mix in the mustard and stir for a while til the sauce is reduced and slightly thicker
- Mix in the broccoli
