Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 medium chicken breast sliced into strips
- 3-4 tbsp blue cheese crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 6-8 slices bread thick sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp franks red hot sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Toss the chicken with the franks and the spices
- Fry the bacon in a medium skillet, once cooked to desired doneness, set aside. Drain the pan of all but about 1tbsp of bacon grease
- Add the butter to the pan and once melted add the chicken and cook til done- 5-8 minutes
- Heat a pan on medium high
- Butter the bread slices on one side. Add 2 pieces to the pan once hot, butter side down. Top one piece with chicken and cheddar and cover. Fry til cheese is melted and bread is browned, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove bread from the pan, add blue cheese and bacon. Slice in half and serve
