Baked Parmesan Garlic Drumsticks with Garlic Dill Dip
Baked Parmesan Garlic Drumsticks with Garlic Dill Dip Recipe by Raymond Selzer

Ingredients
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp rosemary dried
- 1/2 tsp cumin ground
- 1/2 tsp salt kosher or sea table ) 1 tsp (
- 3 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps basil minced fresh
- 1 1/2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
- 1/2 salt
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 2 tbsps garlic powder
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dill fresh chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Mix together yogurt, garlic, dill and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes
- Mix together oregano, rosemary, cumin and salt.
- Put drumsticks in a large mixing bowl and toss with spices.
- Bake the drum sticks for 25 minutes
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together oil, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt
- When the chicken is done add it to a large mixing bowl, dump in the cheese mixture and toss. The parmesan will melt into a sauce from the heat of the wings.
