the grainier, the better

pickle brine
salt and pepper

aged cheddar
the older and bolder, the better

or any flavourful rustic bread of your choice
Instructions
Whisk together the mayo, mustard, brine, dill and chopped pickle, season with salt and pepper and allow to refrigerate for at least 15 minutes
Spread the mayo evenly on every bread slice, lay the pickles and cheese, slice in half and serve with chips
