Cook the bacon to desired doneness, pat dry and set aside
briefly fry the salami in the bacon grease to crisp up a little. This way it wont be quite as chewy and easier to eat in the sandwich
Butter the outside of each slice of bread
Lay one piece butter side down, add the bacon slices, then half the cheese, then the peppers, then the salami.
Spread the aioli on the non butter side of the slices and top
Sear in a panini press for 4 minutes or weighted down in a grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side
Serve with pepperoncini on the side
