Fry the bacon in a medium skillet to desired doneness, remove from pan and set aside
Cook the patty next, smash it, salt it and brush the top with the dijon, cook for 1 minute
Flip the patty, top with cheese and cover for 1 minute
Remove the patty from the pan and crack in the egg, fry sunny side up til whites set. You want a runny yolk! Remove the egg and set aside
Butter the buns and toast them in the grease in the pan til desired doneness
Assemble the burger- heel,patty,bacon,mushrooms,egg,top
