sliced thin, seeds and all

vinegar

Instructions
Whisk the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and add the sliced jalapenos
Allow to cool for 8 minutes, then transfer to a mason jar, seal tightly and allow to cool on the counter over night, then refrigerate.
