Ingredients

  • 2 kg ground beef
  • 1 large quartered carrot , lengthwise and chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom sliced
  • 1 540 ml black beans cans
  • 1 can beer of choice
  • 2 tbsps tomato paste
  • 3 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1.5 tbsps paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Throw the meat into a pot with the garlic, spices, beans and beer. Bring to a boil then simmer til meat is brown
  • Add mushrooms and tomato paste and continue to simmer til mushrooms are soft and beer is evaporated
