preheat oven to 400F
Chop up the cauliflower and steam it for 20 minutes until quite soft
Slowly add the cauliflower pieces to the food processor with margarine, and salt. Process, checking occasionally until theyu2019re the consistency you want. (You can mash them with a fork too if you steamed them long enough)
Simmer the meat til brown
Add onion and garlic to meat and continue to simmer another 5 minutes or so
add the veggies and cook another 5 minutes or so
stir in the broth, sherry, rosemary, thyme and marjoram
simmer on medium high until liquid reduces by half
put the meat in a 9u2033 baking dish and cover with mashed cauliflower
bake in oven for 30 minutes
