Combine the sherry,soy sauce and sriracha in a bowl
set a wok to high and when itu2019s hot, saute the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and star anise in the oil until fragrant, about 30 seconds
Add the meat and the sauce combo and stir fry until meat is no longer pink, about a minute
Add the cole slaw and bean sprouts and toss thoroughly until coated
add the green onion and toss for another 30 seconds or so.
Serve.
