Instructions
Heat a grill pan, or bbq
In a large bowl mix 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup lemon juice, curry powder, garlic. Whisk until smooth.
Add chicken to marinade and let sit as long as you want.
Grill skewers 2-3 minutes per side
Peanut Sauce: In a small bowl use a small spoon to mix together 2tbsp peanut butter, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, sriracha sauce, oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
