Rub the beef with a generous amount of salt and pepper
Put the beef in a pot, cover with water and stew until brown, roughly 30 mins
Once the beef is brown, take 1 cup of the broth out and then add the beans to the pot
In a food processor process the tomatoes, garlic and cup of broth til smooth then add to pot
Add cumin, coriander, more salt and pepper, stir to combine, bring to a boil then reduce and let simmer for an hour.
Serve with a large dolop of cool yogurt
