Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew , cut into pieces 2 u2033
  • 1 lb green beans , ends removed
  • 1 28 oz tomato stewed cans
  • kosher salt course
  • pepper
  • 2 tsps coriander ground
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • Greek yogurt Plain for serving
  • 2 tbsps chopped garlic

Instructions

  • Rub the beef with a generous amount of salt and pepper
  • Put the beef in a pot, cover with water and stew until brown, roughly 30 mins
  • Once the beef is brown, take 1 cup of the broth out and then add the beans to the pot
  • In a food processor process the tomatoes, garlic and cup of broth til smooth then add to pot
  • Add cumin, coriander, more salt and pepper, stir to combine, bring to a boil then reduce and let simmer for an hour.
  • Serve with a large dolop of cool yogurt
