Tuna Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 large can tuna flavoured (I used chipotle), flaked with a fork
  • 400 g cheese shredded (about half a long brick)

Instructions

  • Put 1 pita in a large, shallow pan
  • spread on half the cheese evenly
  • Spread the tuna evenly
  • add the remaining cheese and top with the other pita
  • Cook on medium-high heat til bottom cheese is melted, flip and cook til rest of cheese is melted
  • cut into slices and serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
