Ingredients

  • 2 small cans tuna flavoured , flaked or chunked in oil
  • salt and pepper /

Instructions

  • Boil the penne til you like them.
  • Just when the penne is almost boiled, dump the tuna, oils and all and capers into a pan on medium-high heat.
  • Stir tuna to break apart.
  • Strain noodles and then add to pan, season with salt and pepper and stir to coat noodle thouroughly
