preheat oven to 350F
in a large mixing bowl, mix together meats, mustard, worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt / pepper, cheddar
Line a meatloaf pan with the bacon by draping the bacon strips into it, leaving a couple inches draped outside the pan
Pack the pan with the meat mixture, then fold the extra bacon over the top, like wrapping a delicious meat present with more meat
Put the meat loaf in the oven for 1 hour
Pour the guinness into a pot and bring to a boil
lower heat to medium high and simmer til liquid is reduced by half.
Mix in sugar and vinegar
When the meat loaf is done, allow to sit 20 minutes before cutting
