Chicken Rosé on Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pack egg noodles , cooked
  • 2 chicken breast , cut into bite size pieces
  • 14 oz tomato pureed (half a big cans)
  • 1 medium onion cut into small wedges
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream (35%)
  • parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken and onions, season with salt and pepper. cook, stirring til chicken is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes
  • Add vegetables, broth and tomatoes, bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
  • Add cream. Simmer for 5-8 minutes til sauce reduces.
  • Serve over egg noodles with parmesan cheese.
