Preheat your oil to 375F
Mix together the spices and the flour
whisk the egg in a bowl, then whisk in the water
cut the chicken breasts width wise into 1 1/2" thick pieces, cut the larger ones in half so each nugget is 1 1/2" thick, 2 1/2" long and the height of the breast
Toss the nuggets in the flour in a ziplock bag or tupperware container. Submerge the nuggets in the egg wash, then toss them in the flour again.
Deep fry for 10 minutes at 375F
