Spread butter on one side of each bread slice
Heat a medium skillet on high, place one bread slice butter side down, then lay down 2 cheese slices, then the ham, then 2 more cheese slices and the other bread slice, butter side up. Cover the pan to melt the cheese. When the sizzling stops, flip the sandwich
In another pan, fry 2 eggs over easy.
When the sandwich is toasted to your liking, move to a plate, cut in half and top with eggs. Server with dijon mustard.
