In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all the liquid ingredients and season with pepper. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
Put the drumsticks in a ziplock bag, add the marinade to the bag, seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Bake the drumsticks at 400F for 35-40 mins.
Optionally toss with vegetable oil and red pepper flakes for garnish.
