Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato , cut into fries
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese curds Quebec
  • 1 cup bacon chopped into squares
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • 1 cup poutine gravy

Instructions

  • Bring your oil up to 340F, fry your fries for 9 minutes
  • Cook the bacon til firm, but not hard.
  • Heat the gravy to boiling then bring down to a simmer. The gravy should be extremely hot to melt the curds
  • When the fries are done toss them with the salt, then plate them. Spread curds over the fries then top with gravy, then sour cream then bacon and onions.
