Preheat the oven to 400F
Microwave the riced cauliflower for 3 minutes then squeeze out the moisture in cheese cloth
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Add the cauliflower to a baking sheet 1/2 cup at a time and shape into rectangles
Bake the hash browns for 15-30 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool at least 10 minutes
