Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
heat some oil in a large pan on medium high
While the oil heats, combine the chicken ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Once the oil is sizzling add the chicken to the pan. Use your hand or a slotted spoon, do not pour the entire mixture direct into the pan
Cook the chicken, stirring frequently until golden brown- about 5 minutes, remove the chicken from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside
Add the peppers, yellow onion and green onion whites to the pan and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until the onions soften.
Return the chicken to the pan, add the sauce and green onion greens.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover and cook on medium-low for 2-3 minutes
Serve over rice garnished with more sesame seeds
