Mix together the flour and spices and set aside
pre heat 1" of peanut oil in a medium skillet. You want it at 300F, but want it to get there slowly so it doesnt smoke (around 375-400F)
toss together the apples, pickles and onions and set aside
In a medium bowl whisk together the egg and milk
When the oil has reached 300F dredge a chop through the flour, then the egg, then the flour again, fry in the oil 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Halve the bread and spread both sides with butter, toast in the oven on broil until toasted, 1-3 minutes depending on your oven and rack position. Keep an eye on them so they dont burn.
Spread the top of each bun with aioli. Assemble the sandwiches: lettuce, pork, apples, onions, pickles, top
