Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, add the quinoa and stir in the sugar. Reduce to simmer and cook to package directions. Once cooked, allow to cool then stir in the rice vinegar
Add the quinoa to the bottom of the bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and drizzle with Wasabi Lime Dressing
