Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon strips, cut in half
  • 22 large date or as many as you need for your bacon strips
  • 1/4 cup balsamic reduction

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Wrap each date in half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick, spread evenly on baking sheet
  • bake at 450F for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is done how you like
  • Serve, optionally drizzled with balsamic reduction
