fresh chopped

cilantro
fresh chopped leaves

honey

rice vinegar

vegetable oil
canola or
to taste
salt and pepper
and

lamb
chops (rack, loin or shoulder)
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and process to smooth
Put the chops in a ziplock with the marinade and marinade 30mins u2013 4 hours (I did about an hour)
Grill or pan fry the lambchops
Spoon remaining sauce over chops and serve
