chopped garlic

white beans

olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions
put the beans in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
drain the beans and transfer to food processor, add garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Process til desired consistency, adjust salt and pepper to liking.
Liberally coat both sides of the the filet with salt and pepper. Cook on medium high til done (5 u2013 8 minutes).
