Ingredients

  • 1 salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups white beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper ,

Instructions

  • put the beans in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  • drain the beans and transfer to food processor, add garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Process til desired consistency, adjust salt and pepper to liking.
  • Liberally coat both sides of the the filet with salt and pepper. Cook on medium high til done (5 u2013 8 minutes).
