Turn on your broiler
Cook the sausages in a large pan, when theyu2019re cooked, remove them and cut into diagonal slices. Keep the oils from the sausage in the pan
Add the garlic to the pan and saute
stir in the capers and saute
Add the sausage slices back to the pan, add the parsley and saute til the parsley begins to wilt. Remove it all from the pan, keeping the oils again
Cut the croissants to create a small lid.
Turn the heat up to high on the pan and toast the croissants in the oil
Put the croissants in a baking pan, push out a pocket in each croissant, fill it with the sausage and capers and top with cheese
broil without the lids for 1-2 minutes, just enough to melt the cheese
