If youu2019re doing the eggs, scramble them til almost done in the wok with a little oil, salt and pepper, then remove from pan and set aside.
In a large pan or wok, heat oil, sriracha sauce and soy sauce
(skip if doing eggs) Add the steak / chicken, season with cumin and pepper and stir fry. If youu2019re using a meat, stir fry til no longer pink.
Remove steak / chicken from pan. Add vegetables and stir fry til soft.
Return steak / chicken / eggs to pan, add rice and toss til rice is no longer white.
