Chicken Alfredo on Linguine

  • linguine
  • 2 chicken breast boneless , skinless
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tbsps parsley fresh , chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsps garlic chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil


  • Put water on to boil for linguine
  • slice chicken into 1/2" strips
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to pan. Cook til chicken is no longer pink, then remove chicken and set aside
  • Melt butter in the pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and then stir in the cheese.
  • Once the cheese has fully melted, return the chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally.
  • When linguine is done, strain and add to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently
