Put water on to boil for linguine
slice chicken into 1/2" strips
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to pan. Cook til chicken is no longer pink, then remove chicken and set aside
Melt butter in the pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and then stir in the cheese.
Once the cheese has fully melted, return the chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally.
When linguine is done, strain and add to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently
